機泵（bèng）標準介紹（shào）1

據不完全統計，現有壓縮機、風機、汽輪機、燃氣輪機、製冷機、膨脹機等“機類”標準750~800個；“泵（bèng）”類標準860多個；“離心機”標準60多個；“密封”標準230多個，總計標準數量在2000個以上。上述統計（jì）僅局限（xiàn）於（yú）中國國家標準、行業標準，國際ISO標準以及美國、英國、日（rì）本、德國、法國等國的國（guó）家級標準和二個美（měi）國（guó）行業標準（機械工程師（shī）協（xié）會（huì）標準和美國石（shí）油協（xié）會標準）。各級地方（fāng）標準和企業標準以（yǐ）及其他國家的各類標準則未（wèi）包括在內。
標準所規定的內容非（fēi）常廣泛，有機泵產（chǎn）品的基本型式與參數（shù）、性能、名詞術語、標記、評價、尺寸、通用技（jì）術條件、試驗方法、施工（gōng）規程、驗收規範、測量方法、等級劃分等等，但大體可以歸納為設計、製造、安裝驗收三個方麵。也有些是機（jī）泵某些（xiē）部件如閥片、鑄件、聯軸節的標準或某些性能的規定，如有（yǒu）關振動、噪聲、潤滑的標準等等（děng）。
標準（zhǔn）所牽（qiān）涉的產品種（zhǒng）類也非常多，以泵為例，有離心泵、計量泵（bèng）、螺杆泵、往複（fù）泵、水輪泵、潛水泵、油泵、清水泵、試壓泵、旋渦泵、低溫泵、真空（kōng）泵、羅茨泵、分子泵、齒輪泵、泥漿泵（bèng）、耐腐蝕泵、深（shēn）井泵、水環泵、混流泵、軸流泵、鍋爐給水（shuǐ）泵、液下泵、注水（shuǐ）泵、化工流程泵、不堵式泵、無（wú）泄漏泵、塑料泵、消（xiāo）防泵等等（děng），還有很多。其名（míng）稱有些是按泵的常規分類方法劃分的如葉片（piàn）泵、容積泵等（děng），有些則是（shì）按（àn）用途劃分的如汙水泵、衛生泵等，有些名（míng）稱則比較隨意如擴散泵、液氮泵等。隻要有此類產品的生產，有製定標（biāo）準的需求，通過一定的申請、批準手續就可能產生一個新的標準，但有（yǒu）時內容也（yě）有（yǒu）相當的交叉、重複。就國內和國外的（de）標準而言（yán），則國內的標準（zhǔn）數量多於國外的標準。總的來說，像離心泵這樣應用廣泛，產品生產曆史長久的泵類標準比較（jiào）多（duō）（離心泵（bèng）相關標準的總（zǒng）數達（dá）到100多個），而像無泄漏泵這種迅速發展起來的新型泵類（lèi）標準則比較少。無泄漏泵目前（qián）可查到的標準共有7項（xiàng），其中國外3項，國內4項，分別為：

注：ASME是美國機械工程師協會（huì）(The American Society of Mechanical Engineers)的（de）簡稱；
VDMA是德國工（gōng）程（chéng）協會(the German Engineering Federation)的簡稱。
壓（yā）縮機類的標準包括壓縮機（jī）、風機、汽（qì）輪機、燃（rán）氣輪（lún）機、製冷機等的（de）標準，
其大體數量如表1 所示。從表1可看出國內標（biāo）準數量明（míng）顯（xiǎn）多於國外標準數。

API，是（shì）美國石油協會(American Petroleum Institute)的簡稱。美國（guó）石（shí）油協會是早（zǎo）也是成功的製定標準的商會之一，從1924年製定第一個標準開始，至今維持著500項左右（yòu）標準的修訂、更新（xīn），其內容覆蓋整個石油和天然（rán）氣工業，為（wéi）石油工業的安全生產、設計、製造、施工和安裝提供了技術保障，並獲得了巨大的經濟利益。API的標準包括防腐和材料、檢驗（yàn）、壓力容器和儲罐、電器、換熱器、管道、泄壓係統、儀表及控製（zhì）、閥門、鑽探設備（bèi）、油氣測量標準等，其中機械設（shè）備方麵的標準主要是機泵標準。API機泵（bèng）標準是（shì）我國（guó）化工、石油和石化行業重要的參考（kǎo）標準。現將API有關機泵標準列於表2。
